The firm redefined its offering around a subscription model. The challenge was to give it substance: something that would go from the firm to the client every week, without requiring a full-time lawyer to manage it.
- Legal sources are monitored continuously — JORF, Légifrance, case law — and every publication is extracted and summarized.
- The model assesses relevance for each subscriber based on their sector, size, and current cases. This is the core of the system: two clients in the same sector do not receive the same information because they are not exposed to the same regulations.
- Each alert explains in one sentence why it is relevant to that client, so that the lawyer can use it as-is if they decide to make a call.
- A lawyer reviews it before it is sent. The system suggests, it does not publish: in legal matters, there is no room for error.
