Requests, quotes, and manufacturing orders used to circulate via email between the boutique and the workshop. No one knew the status of a piece without asking, and every incoming request had to be manually re-qualified before it could be priced.

We mapped the actual order journey, from the initial request to the final delivery, and then rebuilt every step into a single, streamlined workflow.
- Every incoming request is qualified upon receipt : piece type, material, stones, budget, and deadline are extracted from the client's request, and any missing information needed for pricing is flagged.
- The quote is generated from this file, sent, and followed up on automatically.
- Converting to an order automatically creates the manufacturing file and notifies the workshop.
- Every production stage is timestamped and visible from the boutique, eliminating the need to walk over to the workshop to check on a piece's status.

- Workshop lead time reduced by 15 days.
- End-to-end traceability and management, from request to delivery.
- Requests arrive pre-qualified, eliminating the back-and-forth needed to clarify what the client wants before quoting.
