Following the redesign, the website and social media channels required a constant stream of visuals. Traditional production couldn't keep up with the pace or the budget—and every additional provider caused the art direction to drift further.
Workflow
Brand book → System prompt + request → Generation → Validation → Website and social media

CE qu'on a mise en place
The redesign produced two assets: an illustrated graphic identity and a brand book. We turned these into the engine for visual production, rather than just reference documents tucked away in a folder.
The brand book is stored in Plaetor and Notion, and loaded as a reference into ChatGPT. It is no longer a PDF that no one ever opens; it becomes the constraint that every generation must respect.
Generic prompts encode the art direction — material, lighting, framing, palette. These are combined each time with the specific request prompt. The operator describes what they need; the art direction is already built into the system.
First pipeline: graphic illustrations derived from the redesign, adapted via workflow to feed the website and social media.
Second pipeline: lifestyle content, generated in volume from product shots, in strict compliance with the guidelines.
Impact
The brand book is applied rather than consulted.
Art direction remains consistent across all media regardless of volume: it is no longer a matter of vigilance, but a system constraint.
The volume of visuals available for media increases significantly.
